We worked for years to learn the trade skills needed to run our business. Then it was time to take things to the next level. We tried to run things like we read about in trade magazines. They had some good ideas, but we weren't making the progress we wanted.

We decided to make things simple and just try to improve by 1% every day.  Things have been working out for us and it shows in our craftsmanship. We love bringing beauty spaces and our clients are raving about it. It's safe to say what we're doing is working, so we'll keep showing up every day with that mentality.
